Books:
For a while I will only be accepting audiobook review requests. I have too many projects and print/ebooks to read to give timely reviews otherwise and have had trouble with visual processing. (I’ve had too much on my plate to spend nearly enough time reading and reviewing, but I’ll get caught up, promise.)
If you aren’t looking for a review on a print/ebook for a few months years, let me know.
I reserve the right to post reviews according to my own timeline unless we’ve made an agreement beforehand.
I try to pick books I know I will enjoy, so please don’t be offended if I don’t choose yours. We all have our tastes.
If for some reason I cannot finish your book or it’s really not my thing, I will contact you immediately. This, because I am a selective creature, is rare, but has happened. It’s never personal.
My favorite genres are:
- Transgressive fiction
- Sci-fi
- Dystopian
- Post-Apocalyptic
- Horror
- Fantasy (especially dark fantasy!)
- YA
- Personal Growth
- Psychology
- Health & Medicine
I also enjoy contemporary fiction, women’s lit, LGBTQ, memoirs, comedy, and thrillers, but nothing too heavy on romance. (If romance is a secondary genre, that’s okay.)
I’m not big on historical fiction or whodunnits.
Mixed genres are welcome and appreciated.
